Refund policy

We are happy to return or exchange your unopened pack of Lush Locks hair Extensions for a pack of your desired color or length within 30-days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only return or exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

To start a return, you can contact us at lushlocksbylatitude@gmail.com or by phone +1 (714) 581-3388. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened, worn or tampered hair extensions.
